The Islamic School of Plainfield/IQRA Center of Indiana has incorporated as a nonprofit organization with the Indiana Secretary of State. In 2013, the organization applied for tax exempt status under the Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) status requirements. The organization received approval in August 2014 and all donations are tax-deductible.
You can help us by donating to one of the following funds:
ISP-IQRA Building Fund
These funds are designated to paying off the mortgage for the property at 2183 Stanley Road in Plainfield, Indiana. Additional funds will be used for renovations and capital building and/or expansion.
Scholarship Fund
Not all our students can afford to pay for their tuition. Students are not turned away due to financial reasons. Parents can apply for financial assistance. The board approves scholarships for needy students. We are committed to providing an education to all that seek it at IQRA/ISP. Donations to this fund are designated for scholarships for needy families.
Islamic Library Fund
Funds are used to purchase books, media and materials for the IQRA Center of Indiana Islamic Library.
Hunger Initiative
Funds are used to provide the indigent food through our food pantry and other hunger initiative partners.
IQRA/ISP Fund
These funds are undesignated and are available to be used for the organizations activities based upon the approval of the Board of Directors
